We understand that our diverse supplier base must reflect the needs of our clients and their customers.
USF works with our clients to meet their supplier diversity program objectives.
To do so, we maintain a current database of qualified regional and national diverse suppliers proven to meet our clients’ facility management and infrastructure support service requirements.
Through USF’s Supply Chain Management, we create sustainable partnerships with suppliers who understand our company’s commitment to diversity.
Our sourcing team at USF qualifies suppliers, and our supplier diversity database is but one stop in our rigorous search for suppliers that are needed to fulfill our commitment to our clients. Once registered, suppliers may be contacted with questions or opportunities.
To better understand supplier diversity requirements and commitments of our clients, we are active members with the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (MSDC) PA-NJ-DE with numerous reciprocities across the nation. Other affiliations include: eVA SWAM (MBE State of VA), OMBE – (State of Delaware), and PA DGS-MBE (State of PA).
